- Researching and investigating what practical applications are needed to ‘enable’ employee led initiatives ‘spin outs’ to become a reality.
- A ‘field trip’ to Budapest to establish stronger relationships between Norfolk and the Hungarian deaf community.
- Investigative work into the mechanisms of how people with Personal Budgets can audit and verify they are getting Quality and Value For Money.
- Identifying & accessing funding for ‘Community led design’ initiatives which encourage an increase in accessing community activities & reduce costs to specialist & statutory provided services

The Trustees of Vidacom CIC are currently engaged in:

- Leading a project which is reviewing and seeking to interpret processes and mechanisms that will support people/individuals and Local Authority staff and commissioners to shape the Health ans Social care market in Norfolk.
- Project & Programme Management for large Housing Associations, County Councils & Education establishments - overseeing and embedding organisational change (Re-alignment, Re-sizing, Cultural, Financial, Strategic). The ‘end customer’ and stakeholders include people with: learning disabilities, elderly people, physically disabled, visual or sensory impairments & young people who are not in employment, education or training.
- Coaching, mentoring and teaching local business professionals in a variety of areas tailored to their individual requirements. We use evaluative methods capable of evidencing return on investment.
- The sympathetic, effective and efficient management of service closure.
- Chair of the regional Group of the national Association for Project Management with a charter of improving local understanding of the value of Project Management, best practice and improved competency.
