Vidacom CIC was born out of the Trustee’s passion to have a
greater involvement in their destiny and use their professional skills &
experiences to work alongside people who want to support local communities.
We have successfully helped many organisations become more
efficient & effective while delivering person centred outcomes. We have
helped to design, deliver & over see many different services, processes,
projects & programmes in small, medium & large organisations. To date
this has included: Social Housing Associations, Local Government, Third Sector
organisations, Community Interest Groups & Public Sector Departments
(Education, Health, Social Services & Criminal Justice)
Specific areas of delivery has involved: Robust
Sustainability and Capacity Building, Business Change and Transformation, Benefit
Realisation, Internal and External IT Projects, Business Processes Review
&/or Re-engineering, Financial re-alignment, Strategic Re-alignment &
New business integration.
